Filter cages of round cylindrical bag shape, size depends on the system designer.
Made mainly from materials cacbon steel with finish powder coating surface
Application: Widely used in cloth dust filter system to stretch the bag but still ensure the bag has good elasticity without being too stretched. Usually the frame diameter is smaller than 10-15mm compared to the filter bag
Productivity: up to 200 filter cage standard per day
roduction technology: On the automatic spot welding CNC line
Raw materials: High-strength hot-dip galvanized steel> 70kgf standard of (TCVN 2053-1993) / mm2 or or according to customer requirements as like stainless steel 304
Finish coating: Powder coating
Specification: Manufactured in all customer specifications

- Diameter from: 110 up to 160mm
- Length max 7,5m . Can up to 9m
- Dia of rod: 3.0-5.0mm
- Cage can joint mid body by flange or by rod bending
Quality: Ensure welds are stable, straight, round, and very smooth
